JK is much reknowned for her voice and the way she uses it to do unexpected, exciting, and beautiful things. She also has a passion for gastric humor, and she and Ry Cavanaugh have a son named Waylon who is one of my favorite humans. I've gotten to sing with Jenn in more different formats and situations than I can remember - stages and studios and pubs and boathouses - and it's always delicious. She has sung on a number of my records and I've had the real pleasure of singing on both Maybe Baby, the album she & Ry co-created, and her most recent creation, Oh Hear Us, which is just a plain old beautiful record full of beautiful songs, and which you will surely love if you don't already.
